beating the heat

All you can do to survive the summers in Mississippi is try to beat the heat. Most days, the girls and I go swimming in the mornings (often after a trip to the gym/gym nursery), eat lunch, rest/nap, and then hang around the house in the afternoon. Every once in a while some sprinkler fun gets mixed in there.
