curtains for soccer 2010

Emily's final soccer adventure for the year was a two-game jamboree a couple of Saturdays ago.
A little sleepy to start the day -- not a good sign.
She and Abby warmed up by playing together pre-game.



Then it was game time. My parents came up and entertained Abby, so I was able to shoot a ton of pictures during the games. There is evidence of crying in some of them.















Between the games, Emily's sweet school friend Caroline encouraged her.






Meanwhile, Abby modeled my dad's sun hat.














Soccer was, well, interesting. I am glad it's over.
