We went on down to the Audubon Zoo!

Strangely, though, none of them "axed for you."

So! The girls and I abandoned Robert for the first half of Thanksgiving week to spend some extra time with my folks, and my brother and I took them to the zoo. Our first stop was the elephants.

Then, on to the petting zoo, where Em got cozy with a goat.

Then we found this little play area.

I love that Em wanted to pull Abby in the wagon.

One of my favorite exhibits was the jaguars, because they were right up next to the plate glass.

I asked Abby to point to her nose.

Snuggling.

We had such a fun time.
